Such low blow nonsense. Even the silver-tongued Obama has made mistakes while out campaigning across our great 57 states.

    Well Dean,
I’ll concede that everyone makes there share of mistakes, however, not all of those gaffes were during not just during regular campaign stops. Many were during major policy or campaign speeches, such as the now infamous “green monster” speech and his speech where he said Iran was supporting Al Qaeda.

I actually didn’t mean to compare his and McCain’s general knowledge, but just their overall speaking skills. While it shouldn’t be a sole attribute for anyone to choose a candidate, quality speaking skills are an asset; not just glitzy piece of ornamentation like many Republicans wish to make them seem. If you’re telling me that FDR’s fireside chats, JFK’s “moon” speech or even Reagan’s “tear down this wall” speech didn’t have an effect on the overall mood and direction of America, you’re nuts.

Thank you, the man has lost whatever sense he had–to much time in the Viet Nam Hotel.

@nearlynormalized: did you mean the Hanoi Hilton?

These clips are no lower a blow than some of the really offensive stuff the Republican party has put out.

McCain should retire and live out his life in a dignified manner. He is clearly not fit for this game. Not only is he not fit for it, the country needs someone who can do the job and give it the energy and mental capacity it needs. It’s not managing a shoe shop, it’s running the largest economy in the world [still].
